WHAT AREA DOES OVEN HERO COVER?

We currently operate across Kent and the areas of East Surrey and East Sussex which border Kent.

WHY SHOULD I USE OVEN HERO?

We provide a no-nonsense, no-mess service that will leave your oven looking the best it’s been since new. Best of all we do all the hard work for you!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY OVEN?

We aim to clean a standard oven and hob in 1-2 hours. Full Aga and Range cleans can take longer, but we aim to have these completed in 3 hours.

WHAT CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We always use non-toxic, non-caustic products in your home. This means no nasty smells, they’re safe for allergy sufferers and your oven is ready to use the minute we’ve finished the job.

For all removable parts of your oven we have a specialized soak tank on board the van which removes all carbon deposits and burnt on grease, leaving everything sparkling clean!

CAN YOU CLEAN SELF CLEANING OVENS?

Yes we clean all types of ovens. Many self cleaning ovens have removable liners, these can harbour grease behind them. We will remove liners where possible and clean the parts of the oven you can’t see!

HOW OFTEN WILL MY OVEN NEED PROFESSIONALLY CLEANING?

This depends what you regularly cook in your oven and how often it is in use. Many customers like to have their oven cleaned twice a year, some 3 times and some less often. However regularly you’d like to use the service we will be happy to arrange a time that’s convenient for you.

DO YOU CARRY SPARE PARTS ON BOARD?

We carry a range of oven lamps and can source other parts on request. We also replace disposable universal extractor filters as part of the service when you book a cooker hood clean.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes we have full insurance cover for your piece of mind. We are highly trained and also a member of The Association of Approved Oven Cleaners.
